These terms apply to visitors of workspace-ridgepath.click and to clients who commission household cleaning market tracking work from Ridgepath Market Tracker Co., Ltd.
Acceptance
By using this website or confirming a written estimate for shelf tracking, assortment review, price landscape, or store visit work, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Services described
Pages on this site describe informational rates and field research services related to household cleaning products in Vietnam retail. Publishing a rate or service summary does not create a contract until both parties sign or otherwise confirm a scoped estimate.
Intellectual property
Website copy, layout, and original graphics remain the property of Ridgepath Market Tracker Co., Ltd. Deliverables created for a paying client — including audit tables and annotated shelf photographs — are licensed to that client for internal business use. Redistribution of raw photo sets to third parties requires prior written consent.
Client responsibilities
Clients supply accurate category lists, competitor frames, and any store access notes. Delays in providing materials may shift visit windows. Clients must not ask field observers to disturb merchandising or misrepresent themselves to store staff.
Liability
Field observations reflect conditions at the time of visit. Shelf situations change. We are not liable for commercial decisions made solely on the basis of a single wave, nor for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City unless both parties agree in writing to an alternative forum.
