From the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional tracking interest, optional cities or chains note, and message content. During engagements we may hold business contact details for scheduling store visits and delivering audit packs.

We use contact details to respond to enquiries, prepare estimates, deliver market tracking work for household cleaning categories, and meet accounting obligations. Processing is based on your request for information, performance of a contract, or legitimate interests in operating our practice.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months unless a client relationship continues. Engagement records and invoices are retained as required under Vietnamese accounting rules. You may ask us to delete enquiry data earlier when no legal retention duty applies.
