Refunds
These rules apply to paid market tracking engagements for household cleaning products — shelf audits, assortment reviews, price landscape briefs, and store visit programs.
Eligibility
Refunds relate to fees paid for scoped field work. Informational website content and unpaid enquiries do not involve refunds.
Cancellation before fieldwork
If you cancel in writing more than seven days before the first scheduled store visit, we refund fees paid minus any non-recoverable travel bookings already made with your approval. Cancellations inside seven days may receive a partial refund of up to 50% of the engagement fee if fieldwork has not started.
Work already started
Once field visits have begun, fees for completed store visits and analysis time already incurred are non-refundable. We may offer a partial credit toward a later wave when remaining visits are cancelled for reasons outside our control.
Deposits
Deposits secure visit windows and briefing slots. Deposits become non-refundable once the store list is locked and observers are scheduled, except when we cancel the engagement.
Rescheduling
You may request one reschedule of a visit window without fee if notice arrives at least five business days before the first visit and a new window is agreed within thirty days. Further reschedules may incur an administrative fee stated in your estimate.
No-shows and access issues
If a store refuses quiet observation on the day, we attempt a substitute door on the same route. If an entire wave cannot proceed because client-provided access letters were invalid, fees for the attempted visits remain payable.
Purchased materials
Occasionally we purchase cleaning product samples to verify pack variants. Those material costs, when approved in the estimate, are non-refundable once purchased.
Refund process and timing
Email hello@workspace-ridgepath.click with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days.
Exceptions
If we cancel an engagement for reasons under our control and no substitute date is acceptable, you receive a full refund of fees paid for undelivered work.
